六、實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果
根據(jù)前面計(jì)算可以看出,實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)算的結(jié)果和理論計(jì)算的結(jié)果基本吻合。現(xiàn)列表如下:

從表中可以看出,理論計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本吻合,相對(duì)誤差不大。實(shí)驗(yàn)從某種方面上證實(shí)了理論知識(shí)。數(shù)據(jù)可用。
七、思考題
1. 復(fù)合梁中性層為何偏移?
答:因?yàn)閮煞N材料的抗彎能力以及抗拉能力不同,導(dǎo)致在同等應(yīng)力條件下,兩個(gè)截面對(duì)稱位置發(fā)生的應(yīng)變不同??箯澞芰σ约翱估芰?qiáng)的材料發(fā)生的變形小于另一種材料,因此中性層就向下偏移了。
2. 如何理解復(fù)合梁實(shí)驗(yàn)中出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)中性層?
復(fù)合梁雖然中間是由物理或化學(xué)方法進(jìn)行了連接,但是其實(shí)際上不是一個(gè)材料性質(zhì)連續(xù)的整體。因此在兩種材料的交界面上會(huì)產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力的突變,在整個(gè)復(fù)合梁的橫截面上,應(yīng)力不是連續(xù)的,因此可能出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)中性層。
